I've been a patient at this doctors office for the past 10 years. I have been treated for numerous issues here. Those visits haven't always been the greatest because I always have issues getting refills for my medications in a timely manner, even just simple BC. However I continued to frequent the office. Ms. Yi (Emily) Li, is my sister's primary care physician. Very very very very supportive. She cares about her patients, very empathetic, doesn't talk machine like. She is a good listener, always ready to answer the patient's questions. It is very difficult to find doctors who think about the patient's well-being. She always "all ears." Usually this spot isn’t bad at all, today was horrible. I came in because I had serve sinus pressure, I am prone to sinus infections passed down from my mom. To state again, I was in severe pain. I have gold brownish colored mucus, and ALL of the symptoms for a sinus infection. Dr. Gillim did absolutely nothing. She told me “to wait another 5-7 days until symptoms going away or an infection pops up.” I’m so disappointed, when you’re in pain and relying on your doctors to help you and they don’t, it’s like a slap in the face.... read more

First time Doctor Visit went fine. First time Checking out… horrible experience. Patiently waited at Check-out window until woman gossiping was finished gossiping who then told me to check-out at the front desk…went to the front desk where I was cut in line twice and told to wait in line once I addressed being cut twice “in line“. Do better this experience could have been avoided. Something so simple as checking out should not have been so complicated.

The response of the office with regard to questions and medication refills has gone downhill. I have been waiting for almost a week with almost no follow up to my portal discussion.
