I would never recommend this practice under any circumstances. I had a post op consultation scheduled 5 months in advance and they cancelled the day before the appointment! They wanted me to wait three more months to reschedule the appointment! This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced. Stay away from this provider as they are incompetent and unreliable.
Trinity Health ER & Hospital provided me with outstanding care! But its Urology Dept. leaves a lot to be desired: * Some of the front desk staff are curt & dismissive. When you call for an emergency appt., you feel like you are medically triaged by them! * The system is set up in such a way that you can hardly set up an appt. with an M.D. It forces you to see an N.P. first. * During my first stint at the hospital, no Urology providers came to see me. I have interacted with the staff here, and at least one doctor, and found the experience to be good. The staff were patient, and worked actively to answer my questions. The Doctor I met with answered my questions. Appointment scheduling was prompt. At the time of this review, 4/2/2025, to perform some procedures, such as vasectomies, IHA Urology is now working with Ann Arbor Surgical Center. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I had complications after a surgery and the receptionist was the most rude and unhelpful service member I have ever spoken to. You would think working at a medical office would mean you have some compassion for people’s suffering but this is obviously not the case. Just getting transferred to a nurse on my surgery team was a trying task in a time of need. I’ve seen C Sanocki a few times now and have always felt like she rushed through the appointment and couldn’t care less about the things I’m struggling with. I thought I could be taking it too personally but after reading some other reviews I feel a little more validated and now I want reaffirm others who shared my experience.
