I made an appointment for a specific time and was greeted at reception at that time. I waited less than ten minutes in reception. The intake nurse who reviewed my complaints and took my vitals was efficient. I was most impressed with the nurse practitioner who reviewed my symptoms, did a quick physical exam, and ordered a chest x-ray. The process was seamless. No waiting. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan.
Love this place! I highly recommend saving your spot online—it saves a lot of time. I was seen within 30–40 minutes, which is much faster than most urgent care centers or even the ER. The nurse was friendly and thorough, taking all of my information before the provider came in almost immediately afterward. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was notified that my appointment time would be 20 minutes later before I left the house. Once there and checked in, I was kept informed by an electronic board about when I would be taken to a room. Everyone involved listened carefully to my situation and asked appropriate questions and did the expected tests. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and helpful. I had an excellent experience.
I went in and had an abnormal EKG and was sent to the ER. While I was at Trinity Urgenr Care the MA Katelyn H. and the PA Merrit Y. took excellent care of me, answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable and cared for. I am grateful for their service!
Very happy with my experience here. From checking in to seeing the Doctor, everyone was very nice and understanding. The Doctor took the time to really listen to me and also gave me in depth information on my issue along with a prescription.
