The facility is the greatest. I’m out of town visiting family for Thanksgiving. I took a fall and thought maybe I had a broken rib. My son went on line last night and made an appointment for me. I arrived at 11:10 this morning, was seen, had an X-ray, examined, and was out in just under an hour. Excellent care from start to finish…. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend being seen here.
I was on an urgent call with MD Lewis , Winder. Very disrespectful. Refused to help or listen to my concerns. Then i respectfully asked if I can speak to another md , so I won’t be charged by my insurance twice for urgent care visits . He refused , and hung up in my face. Asking me to go back in the portal and request again. Not even caring if I was charged for the appointment I had with him. I reported him. Very careless, very disrespectful and has no empathy in his heart. I very rarely leave reviews . But I am so upset.
Amazing folks working here. I went to the ER yesterday and had a pretty bad experience, still having symptoms today so stopped by. I felt cared for and listened to. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was well before I left. A nurse named Stephanie was so kind to me. Thank you IHA. Will come back when I need care.
I was able to make an appointment in route to the urgent care at945pm. They are open late!We were seen within 5 mins by a competent PA,interviewed, treated, and on our way back home in under 2 hrs. Very grateful for this place!
In the past week I attended here twice. If based on the first visit I would have given 2 or so stars. It was super quick in and out, but the provider (Yadmark) only spent about 15 seconds with me total. No time for questions and didn’t explain anything to me. He prescribed antibiotics that turned out to be too low of a dose to address the infection and had side effects that affected me quite a bit that he didn’t warn about at all.
