The receptionist (she has the cool light up water bottle) is the most amazing lady! She is so helpful and very knowledgeable. Patient and kind. We need more people like her!!!
Went in for my first experience on a Saturday for severe sinus infection. Was checked in quickly and efficiently. Called back into a room in less than 5 minutes. Nurse took normal vitals and asked the typical questions. She let me answer and explain my symptoms fully, then said the PA would be in shortly. The PA came in, and she did her thing, while I told her what was going on. She prescribed antibiotics and had the script sent to the local CVS in minutes. Beyond the worst experience I ever had In my whole life. And it’s not just once it’s every single time. I shouldn’t have to educate your doctors on autism. I shouldnt leave crying everytime but the worst is when they say they are sending in a lab and I call for results and they never did. They don’t even do their job there and it’s very frustrating to have a place open in Milan that truly don’t care LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THAT EXPLAINS IT ALL. I moved to the area less than a week ago so, needless to say, I don’t have any doctor relationship yet! This urgent care also has primary care physicians afffiliated with it and, after my great experience, I will be using them too! I was seen within 15 minutes of coming in; an X-ray was promptly taken, my foot was splinted by THE NICEST NURSE and the doc had a great sense of humor too. What nice people! Best urgent care experience of my life and I am in my sixties.
I saw S. Thornton N. P. She was thorough, kind, attentive, and very skilled as a health care provider. If need be, I will certainly go there again and recommend the clinic.
