I went today for a fine needle aspiration (thyroid biopsy). I wish I knew the names of all the people I encountered. They were professional, kind, patient and friendly. They explained everything that was going to happen, everything was pain free. I never felt like they were in a hurry. I understood everything. They welcomed questions.

Met with Tracy M, RN for CT imaging. She is an angel. The way she explained everything to me , helped immensely to go through the process seamlessly. Other staff members were helpful too. Kudos to her & team to be so informative & cheerfull early morning hours.

Lacks cancer center scheduled my annual MRI for 5 pm. I get an automated call to preregister, which I did, and a call to please arrive ONE HALF HOUR before your scheduled apt to fill out paperwork. They used to ask you to come 15 minutes early. I preregistered & arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and signed in on the IPAD I forgot to see if the IPAD gave me a confirmation message before I sat down so after 10 minutes I give the clerk my name and ask if she has me in the system. The people who schedule for radiology need to read their own location specifics. My sister was scheduled for a CT scan at the 64th street location but they do not do that there. This is not the first time this has happened, it's the third. A lot of valuable time was wasted going to the wrong location.

Wendy and the radiologist tech was amazing. I schedule my mri 5 times but on this time around Wendy was there and gave me the courage I needed. Thank you to the whole entire staff.
