I had bloodwork done this morning and they were amazing! The front desk was very helpful for what I needed and Monica, the phlebotomist was outstanding! She was comforting with my fears, she worked with me to not freak out and her needle was PAINLESS! I was so impressed and amazed! She got it first try, and I didn’t even feel it! AND she was able to take it out painless too!
Very friendly staff and they got me in and out. I didn’t wait long at all. Very smooth process and the lab tech drew my blood with no problems.
HIPPA violation. Using both first and last name in front of everyone in the waiting room is a violation of privacy. When you open the door to call patients who are next for blood draw, you can use first name only, you can use first name and last initial, but you cannot call out patients by their full name. We will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a violation of privacy at the Trinity Health Lab 870 Arkona Milan, MI.
Got in and out fast. Staff pleasant and lab lady did a great job drawing my blood.
Excellent customer service, short to no wait time, skilled phlebotomy team. Thank you for such good service!
