There is one nurse who works Saturdays who is SO good at her job! I usually faint, but she managed to have me awake and feeling calm the entire time. Thank you! 4 stars for a rude check in nurse

These people are wonderful!!!! I live in Northern Michigan and went into our local hospital on Saturday to have some blood tests that my cancer doctor - at the James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio - ordered for me to have done. They told me that they did not do lab work for outpatients on weekends or holidays and, that if I wanted lab work done then, I would need to go to the ER - obviously at a much higher rate. US tech, Ellen, was amazing! Professional and personable. Appreciated her care and compassion.
The big nurse on the bottom floor who works at one of the desks in front of the labs was EXTREMELY rude but other than that the rest were great.
