Milan lab is a small office. Limited seating and room. You must take a number, there is a few signs on the wall that states ‘Aggressive Behavior is Unacceptable’ with a list of Not acceptable behavior. The staff will not allow you at the window until your number is called. And they seem to have very dismissive attitudes of patients at the window. Waiting 20 minutes, with no sign of help. Received the wrong vaccine. Luckily no harm was done, but something should be done to fix their medication system.

I recently started seeing a doctor at the Milan Medical Center and right from the start I was impressed with everything about it. The staff that greets you are friendly and professional. The building itself is well located, accessible and well kept. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had a great experience here. A note: these hours do not necessarily reflect the hours of the St. Joe’s lab next door. I recommend calling to double check those!

Milan show open online but is closed..very poor buisness.. No answering machine stating they are closed! Wasted 30 minutes of my day because of poor buisness.. I will now switch to pro medica!
