Trinity Health the worst..they think they are doing with having you check inWaaay before your appointment .. Days before..I checked in then made it to appointment about three min after the receptionist was busy checking someone out .But told me I had to reschedule I was late nine minutes.. TRINITY HEALTH.go straight to hell! I took off work waste my Gas and time .. I should write DONALD Trump ! See if he could shut trinity health down .. they just a business.they don't care about PEOPLE!

I went in feeling ill came out angry. Dr. Spencer never listens. He’s always in a rush. I spent 25 minutes in the room waiting and only 15 minutes actually talking to the doctor. I found a new doctor TODAY!

I let Dr. Williams know what I was suffering from and all he did was give me a diet which I had already been following for 20 years. I finally went somewhere else, they sent me to a gastroentologist finally after I was so sick, I had to visit the emergency room. Turns out, I am very sick and all he needed to do was give a referral. He is very condescending and never listened to me. He also visited me in the ER, I was having seizures after an EEG where my seizure meds had been removed. He decided I was manic and ripped me off... read more

I have been going to Trinity Health Browning-Claytor Clinic for years. I have had no problems there. I was sad to read some of the comments and reviews on here because I have not had those problems. The receptionists, schedulers, nurses, MA's, physicians, PAC's, etc have all been great. My only difficulty is transportation getting there as I no longer drive or have a car. Other than that, I am happy with the care I get with Browning-Claytor Clinic.

Hands down, the best care I've ever received. Every single worker there was nothing but kind. For once, I actually felt like a medical office cared about me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has struggled with rude doctors in the past. This is a place that truly wants to see you get better. They helped us apply for health insurance and got us in for an appointment the same day. They are absolutely incredible! I wont ever go anywhere else.
