Sue K from the nurse triage line was a terrible first impression of what kind of care one should expect to receive from Trinity Health. With the cost of health care being as much as rent for a family of 3, I would expect to be seen and taken seriously if pain or illness arises which is few and far between. This place has absolutely phenomenal staff from the moment that you enter the door to the moment that you leave. The waiting room is clean and organized. It's very accessible and there's not many crazy directions It's very straightforward. Nurse practitioner. Washington was absolutely amazing and another person on the medical staff even did a follow-up call. All my concerns were addressed and I have never felt more heard in the last 3 years at any other office. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic since fall 2020, and up until recently my experiences had been mostly positive. However, my more recent visits and interactions have been less satisfactory. While some of the nurses are kind and professional, others have come across as very rude. Last month a nurse yelled at me over the phone completely unaware of interferences in my life preventing me from even going to physical therapy. Front desk staff is always very nice, especially the older gentleman. Same with the lab staff. Always nice. I cannot say the same for some of the other staff. Some of the nurses are snappy and rude and just don’t care. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible without doing a whole lot for you.

Please do not see K. Burton if you don’t want to be judged for being a cannabis user. I left there in tears and with major anxiety. Highly do not recommend her!!!
