This place has absolutely phenomenal staff from the moment that you enter the door to the moment that you leave. The waiting room is clean and organized. It's very accessible and there's not many crazy directions It's very straightforward. Nurse practitioner. Washington was absolutely amazing and another person on the medical staff even did a follow-up call. All my concerns were addressed and I have never felt more heard in the last 3 years at any other office. Highly recommend.
I've been going there for sometime now I used to see Dr Mueller she was great. But Nicole Washington took over my care and she is fantastic super kind and caring.
Had to wait 35 minutes in the waiting room to get a shot that took 30 seconds. This place is a joke. Probably 15 people that came in after me were called within minutes after signing in. Ok now it's down to 1 star from that BS bot response to my initial review. My appointment was at 9am. You guys have known for months about my appointment. If my appointment is at 9, I get called in at 9. Not 40 minutes after at 9:40. You made me miss work hours and pay because you guys were unorganized. The black female nurse doesn't know how the baby scale works, the scale was cold and i asked to put the baby blanket on it to make it warmer but she didn't care and still want me to put my unclothed baby on it. For the place like that, ok bye.
Sam Woods has been awsome. Takes the time to listen. Very happy to have found him. Everyone in the office is more than kind and helpful.
