I finally had to go to Corewell Health, thank goodness they are close. I've never had such poor quality of a doctor's office or a health care facility then Trinity health care. At Corewell my health was taken seriously where I went through a battery of tests that my doctor's office neglected for two years. Any text sent them was never answered, their OEM was rediculus with doctors who cared more about their appearance and the onterage that followed them then my injury. I am at my wit's end. Dr. Reidy is amazing, however his front office staff offers the absolutely worst, rudest customer service I have ever experienced. By the way, I have never left a one star review for any product or organization in my life.

It is a nightmare trying to refill prescriptions with this office. You have to use MyChart, and it seems like no one there actually checks it. Almost every month I have to request it multiple times through MyChart and still make a phone call or more to the office to have them check on it. It’s the same story every time, it was processed and sent to the doctor but not signed and sent to the pharmacy. I had a bad Asthma attack and I went to the ER they were quick and took me seriously. I was in within 20 min they offered a wheel chair to make sure I would be okay. They were very quick with the treatment and X-rays. I would have probably been not alive today without them and there amazing team. Thank you so much!

I would not recommend the ER for kids with ASD. I took my son here to get his throat and chest/stomach looked at because he was not feeling well and was not eating. They would not look in his mouth because he would not let them. I tried to push the fact that my son's pediatrician would have to get a nurse to help me hold him so the doctor can check his throat. But they still won't check. I took my son to a checkup two days later at his pediatrician's office and he was diagnosed with strep throat. This is the second time that... read more
