Your pharmacy is a joke. Every time I come there nothing ready nothing in the system. Bullshit I have to make 2 trips 90% of the time and don’t even get me started on the rudeness of the staff. I should not have to name the prescriptions out lot to the lady it’s personal. Learn hospitality.

I have never and I mean never have had a doctor that has listened to me and cared about what was actually going on with me until I seen Dr. Foster. He has helped me tremendously and has been so nice and caring about everything. I’ve never had issues receiving a call back on anything. If I have had questions about prescriptions or anything else going on, they’ve made it super easy to get information.

I went to the hospital (this was my current drs office) with chest pain and I had a blood pressure of 209/158. I called this drs office to get an appointment (again my this was my current drs office) because the hospital was concerned with the blood pressure. They couldn’t get me in right away so I had to wait with high blood pressure for days and they told me well if you keep experiencing this problem just go back to the hospital. My insurance company and this physician group has a in-network discount agreement. However, The Trinity Physician Group's billing team sent me a bill without the discount which they provided to the insurance company. I have sent messages in my patient portal, made several phone calls and nobody wanted to really help to address the issue. I requested a call back from the billing manager, so far no call. This group has changed a lots for the worse over the years. It is sad...

I've seen Laura Kuipers for my care since 2019. She's a knowledgeable health care provider, an empathetic active listener and communicator, and always willing to help. She responds timely to messages and I can easily schedule an appointment through MyChart, sometimes the same day. I wholeheartedly recommend Laura Kuipers. When my previous primary care doctor retired, I was nervous to start with someone new. Laura exceeded my expectations!
