The doctors and nurses, especially the ER don’t care At All!! I came in Sunday, spent 12 hours just sitting in a room…surgeon would not remove my gallbladder so I went home. My primary told me to go back because I have cyclospora and it’s making me sick. I found the strength to make it but the registration girl told me it would be 8 hours before I got into triage and I wouldn’t be able to get meds since it looked like I was only there seeking for meds. Fantastic experience. The surgeons were very knowledgeable and excellent in there delivery of care. The medical team provided clear up to date information on my condition. I loved hearing the chimes everytime a baby was born. The nursing staff were nice and empathetic. The Catholic priest and religious team were available to give Holy Communion and encouragement. Great job!!!

I went in on 6/25 for possible adrenal crisis and asked for a steroid shot, not one point during my 4 1/2 hour visit was I shown any empathy, My “doctor” mansplained to me what constitute as an emergency and this wasn’t it…..I’ve never felt so helpless hopeless leaving the ER. I went in for help and left with nothing, no shot was given, no help was administered. I sat in the waiting room 4 hours and 30 minutes in an actual room.

I would relieve a rating of 0 if that was an option. Trinity health is not a place anyone wants to go to for any form of care. They don't know how to do their job. They send bills to collections without sending bills to the patient and then deny that they did. They have 0 communication skills and zero care for any patient that goes in. My daughter almost died in the waiting room because they did not want to take care of her after being taken in by ambulance.

ER is a nightmare. Definitely not recommended. Wait time, unacceptable. People being hooked up with IVs in the waiting room, unacceptable. Waiting room is basically one big community room for everyone to be seen. Zero privacy. Mismanaged is an understatement. Save yourself your time and privacy and drive to Ann Arbor. Very disappointed with Trinity.
