Fantastic experience. The surgeons were very knowledgeable and excellent in there delivery of care. The medical team provided clear up to date information on my condition. I loved hearing the chimes everytime a baby was born. The nursing staff were nice and empathetic. The Catholic priest and religious team were available to give Holy Communion and encouragement. Great job!!!
Was in the ER for pancreatitis 2 months ago. I was given a 20 year out of date follow-up appointment referral. Went to the appointment, the office I was sent to was now Gynecology (I'm male) and the doctor hadn't worked there in decades (only one nurse remembered her.) And now, just today, I had a psychiatric appointment I've been waiting months for through Trinity. ER is a nightmare. Definitely not recommended. Wait time, unacceptable. People being hooked up with IVs in the waiting room, unacceptable. Waiting room is basically one big community room for everyone to be seen. Zero privacy. Mismanaged is an understatement. Save yourself your time and privacy and drive to Ann Arbor. Very disappointed with Trinity.
Absolutely do NOT go to this Emergency Room Department. It was disturbing to see the high patient volumes that patients/ visitors were sitting on the floors. Patients were NOT being seen accordingly to their health concerns. I asked to leave to another Emergency facility and I was denied. I was also denied my AMA (Against Medical Advice) form after asking for it. Do better, Be better Trinity Health.
I have been sitting in the emergency room since about 8:30pm still haven't been seen all I have gotten done was the triage. Been sitting in section B since about 9:00pm I am about to leave this is sad. I know they are very busy but my pain is very bad and I can't even sit here any longer
