I've been in the waiting room with my wife for 5 hours. Her blood pressure is 210/100. If anything happens to her, I'm suing this place!! I've seen 3 people just get up and leave. One had an IV in his arm. This is NOT health care!!
If I could do zero stars i would!!! We brought my daughter here with a ruptured ear drum. After hours of waiting and blood and puss coming out of her ear the doctor said she must of scratched herself. They refused to look inside her ear, they never even looked inside her ear!!!! We took her straight to her family doctor afterwards and he confirmed she had a ruptured ear drum. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Just admitted my Mom — had sudden difficulty standing and balancing. These people are so , so very nice and helpful. Checks us right in, took vitals, assisted with wheelchair, and helping in and out. They really care about their work and patients. Dr. Kasam came in and explained what has happened with my mom‘s stroke. He was very nice very clear and took the time to explain things in a way so we understood the next tests and what the result or treatment might be after that. Genuine disappointment. Waited 7+ hours with my pregnant fiance for them to place her in a "room" a set of curtains in between two extremely sick people, good thing she wasn't sick when we came in because now she will be! Called over 3 times on the call button and no response from a nurse. Oh and how could I forget they couldn't figure out how to put an IV in and her arm swelled with fluids. Very very disappointed in er staff today. Many patient were there from 1 am got there with almost nobody in the parking lot and were not seen until 7:30 am. This hospital especially the urgent care side needs help. There’s always some scene busting out in the waiting room shoot this morning someone was jacking off and had to get kicked out.
