The staff was pleasant, however I waited over one hour to go into the surgical room. Prior to leaving the Doctor did not discuss the results of his findings. I was rushed out with a copy of findings and post opt instructions.

Medical Assistant Kira B at this facility is rude and incompetent to work with anyone that has an health ailment. I should have known this would be disaster when the APRN BinBin Yi wore a stained white coat and was late for my appointment .Kira B is a liar who needs to work with children since she thinks she needs to chastise adults. Kira B never asked me to reschedule, she called me to make ridiculous claims and explain processes to procedures i was already made aware of.
