I had an important visit scheduled in November to go over many tests I had, they call and now that appt is in APRIL! No one has called to even talk about the test results, and I am Still having lots of issues that are interupping my life. JUST NOW, I called to see a doctor for what I believe is an important problem, I explained what is happening and was told I can't see anyone until DECEMBER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

I truly wish I could give a better rating because Dr. Sampson has been exceptional. Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice — and after my experience with this office, I can understand why. My experience with the administrative side of this practice has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any medical provider. Under Dr. Sampson’s care, I was prescribed a biologic for Crohn’s Disease and have been on it for over two years. I just called to schedule an appointment with my longtime doctor, Dr. Slitzky, who I adored. I was told he retired and they have no drs to give me an appt with right now and to call at the end of January. I said well can I still get refills of my medicine? I’m on a biologic for Crohn’s. She said only if I book with a PA and the first appt is in October. It’s January. Would give zero stars, I tried to get an appointment and couldn’t even accomplish that. You need to quit your job and change your entire life and stare at your phone until they decide they are ready to do the simple task of scheduling. When you return their call at your convenience, they will hide behind a secretary who isn’t capable of anything except telling you they are busy and will call me back. I came to this office with diverticulitis and was told if I had a repeat occurrence to just call and they would refill the prescription so today I did that and they have no idea what prescription they wrote me… Disgraceful medical care
