I've seen Barry Slitzky for 20 years, its unfortunate that he retired, but i am very happy for him. I saw Monica Mbugua, who was a breath of fresh air. She was professional, kind, and listened to you speak about your symptoms and what you are going through. It was a thorough first appt with her and I look forward to seeing her again. EXCELLENT!!
I was very nervous. The nurse was awesome. She made me relax the nurse practitioner. I love her. She is funny we laughed. She made me feel so comfortable.
Tried to get in contact with a manager 3 times (now 4 as of minutes ago) over the course of three weeks. "Well call you back" three times. No response. Today i call and the receptionist apparently doesnt know who her boss is? There's no manager on staff right now? Medical negligence at its finest here folks. My consultation with Marion Bugua was very pleasant. She is caring informative and a breath of fresh air. Very upbeat and pleasant to talk to.
I truly wish I could give a better rating because Dr. Sampson has been exceptional. Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice — and after my experience with this office, I can understand why. My experience with the administrative side of this practice has been one of the worst I’ve ever had with any medical provider. Under Dr. Sampson’s care, I was prescribed a biologic for Crohn’s Disease and have been on it for over two years.
