Lovely place for testing & Dr appts! Love the cleanliness, efficiency and wonderful admin staff, technicians & drs. All couldn't be nicer, more knowledgeable & qualified or more helpful. Valet is great & attendants are equally polite whether you have the cash to tip or not. Also, staff that call for rescheduling if a cancellation by patient or facility are beautifully persistent until appt is booked. Makes patients lives easier & healthier. I had a great experience at the breast center. It started with Cassandra at the front desk, such a lovely kind face to great patients. Ceci, Tarah and Dr James were so great to work with, they made me feel so comfortable during my biopsy. 5 stars to the breast center employees.
The mammogram technician was very gentle and caring. I also had a great experience when I checked in and out. Very quick and seamless. I am grateful to have all my care team with trinity health I got my results in 24 hours and a follow up Message confirming the results from my breast surgeon!
Excellent, very friendly staff love it there ,I have a biopsy coming up I was a little worried but talking to them let me feel like I have nothing to worry about 👍🏼
Great professional service from the receptionist to the doctor everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, showed empathy and always checking if you are ok. Great place to go
