I sent this message to Dr. Avendano and it still applies: Whomever hired Samantha and the other young lady who checked me in, I cannot remember her name but she has long black hair and took my information - whomever did the hiring did an AWESOME JOB! I had a major heart procedure and I was told by the surgeon two is was very important to be see within two weeks of the procedure and someone would call to set that up. After one week I called to ask about the appointment and I was someone would call. After two more days I called got the answer machine. No one returned my call I called again two days later same voice recording two and a half weeks later I got a call for my my co pay. The clinic didn’t want to address my severe issues dealing with my neck arms back and legs. My heart is acting weird also. I was told the emergency room is the best place for these conditions. No help there. I sat on a metal bench for several hours. My blood pressure was 150/100 and in pain all the while. I was forced to leave due to my anxiety, and my left leg jerked out twice. Neck was burning with right arm pain in the bicep with numbness and tingling. I needed to get off my back and get relief . So I went home.
