I had a very positive experience during my visit to Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group – Carew St Springfield Adult Medicine. The staff were professional, kind, and very helpful. The clinic was clean and well organized, and the check-in process was smooth. I truly appreciate the respectful and compassionate care I received. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Dietician Mattio was very thorough, professional, personable, gave me lots of helpful guidance, and we actually met for an hour! It was a great experience that I very much appreciated and will be sure to follow her guidance to help with my sugar and cholesterol levels.

I had a positive experience. I was seen under 24 hours. My appointment was with my PCP which is rare when one makes an urgent appointment. The check in was a breeze as well. I was in and out in less than an hour. Maybe 45 minutes at the most. By the time I arrived home the pharmacy had my Rx ready.

Awful awful awful. Never mentioned my lousy bloodwork although I had been messaged the day before that we would. Never mentioned the problems associated with flunked bloodwork. Dismissed the fact that I need to see cardiologist and unable to get appointment. Goodbye. That was it. Major waste of time and my health remains in jeopardy if dependent on this type of medical care. Horrid awful disgusting

I had 0 help worst experience I've had with a doctor. My visit was maybe 5 minutes and I was pushed off and couldn't even talk about my problems. My follow up was 6 months away when. The doctor was rushing me,didn't take any notes,and have no advice I won't even go into the same building to see another doctor there! 100% BS
