Dr. Puma is very through, she is very concerned about the total you! She takes the time to get to know you and your concerns. Mary and all the staff were helpful & kind. My husband and I are thrilled to establish a genuine doctor, patient relationship, like those we had in the good old days!!!!❤️
I feel very fortunate to have such a good physician and physicians office in the year 2025. Dr. Mascarenhas has been my primary care for several years. She’s a great doctor. Her office staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. I have also seen Dr. Puma at this practice and she is excellent as well. It is very reassuring to go to see a Dr. that knows you and has seen you over time to know what is fine and what might be out of the ordinary.
Easy to set appointment. Check in was simple. Dr. Puma was attentive, asked many questions to get a good background of my medical history. I have chosen her to be my primary care physician based on her knowledge, bedside manner and the way she treats her patients.
As dr.mascaranhas always takes her time with me .she answers all my questions and doesn't make me feel any questions are stupid .the staff is polite and friendly,professional. I highly recommend her and trinity. In fact I tell everyone how wonderful they are.Thank you,I always leave feeling well taken care of.
I know it’s an extremely difficult and busy season right now , however, as a nurse for 25 years in an acute care setting, I feel like the RN working with my provider is very un empathetic. I have been with my provider for a while now and have had interactions with her RN over calls and messaging. I feel Nursing 101 is to - listen, validate and empathize with the patient. I can’t remember a time I felt that from this RN . Just my personal experience.
