Staff is always helpful, professional and courteous. My regular doctor, Dr Gunachelvan, recently parted from Trinity. Now I see Ms Kayla Cruz Perez. I am so excited about having her as my primary doctor. She has a positive attitude that is contagious.

Dr. Kumar is very thorough. Caught up to my previous history fast. Reviewed meds and finished our appointment. Dr. Kumar exuded medical knowledge, confidence and i felt she had just become my primary doctor and part of my team.

Absolutely horrible, I waited almost a half hour over the scheduled time . I came for a referral for a weight loss med which I received over a year ago as referred through trinity. The med at that time was Wegovy and eventually supplies ran out. I now have a BMI of 34.75 and was told by Dr Kumar that she would not reorder the med but would refer me to the weight loss clinic and that based on my BMI, being pre diabetec, and a previous cardiac history , would be eligible to resume med therapy. My first visit with my new pcp went well.Dr. Gencheva was kind and listened to my concerns. She was not dismissive regarding my POTS diagnosis like so many doctors have. I look forward to working with her in regards to my health.

I have received too many call and texts for reminders as well as too many e-sign messages to fill out personal history prior to the visit. Then my visit (biopsy] was canceled three hours before the visit. While I am happy that I don't need the biopsy, it concerns me that I was called three hours before. That was a lot of unnecessary anxiety for weeks.
