I only leave off one star because of the check in process. It was lengthy because the check in and check out window seemed to be the same and there was an issue that created a hold up. The staff was fine but didn't acknowledge the delay - more than 10 mins- and l was concerned that it would appear we were late for our appt. Dr.Catton's first impression at our first visit restored a great deal of faith, hope and care in the medical field. He is a kind and patient doctor. The woman that picks up the phone, is always so rude. She gets so annoyed easily and it’s so saddening. As patients that call that possible have neurological issues you’d think she’s friendlier. I’ve called over multiple times sending fax number and every time I call back she says she never received it like ???
Dr Mannam is always on time for my appointments. He allows adequate time to listen to my issues and responds in a way I can understand clearly. He takes the time to explain the options that are available for me. I would recommend him to my family and friends. The office staff are friendly, professional, caring and have made me feel like a family member. I call them... read more
This staff has made 9 errors with me since December. This includes 5 fax errors (not receiving a fax), sending scripts to the doctor instead to the patient, sending the script changing the dosage without discussing the change, and sending the script to the wrong pharmacy. It’s too bad because the doctor knows his stuff but there is clearly a breakdown in communications here
Purposely booked a 9am appointment to be the 1st patient of the day. Purposely made the appointment virtual so as to limit my time out of the classroom (I'm an elementary school teacher). I still waited FORTY MINUTES for my appointment!!! With all due respect, my time is just as valuable as any doctor. And, if I had arrived 40 minutes late to an appointment, I doubt my appointment would be honored. This is definitely NOT the first time either. Why is a patient's time any less valuable than the doctor's? Do better.
