OBGYN Dr. Was great, great b personality, very profesdional. Made me feel very comfortable. That whole experience was great. What wasnt great was upon my checking in I was asked did I want to take care of my outstanding bill. The bil they were speaking about was my dental bill. It was embarrassing. After seeing the Dr. stopped by reception desk to be asked again did I want to take care of my outstanding balace? Again I was very annoyed that my dental bill could be accessed by GYN. Made me feel vulnerable.
My OBGYN visit at Trinity Health in Vernon was outstanding. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who said, “Hi Suzy!” How did she remember my name? I hadn’t been in for months! My doctor - Brenda Gilmore was so gracious, patient and clear on explaining each procedure. I felt so comfortable! And informed! This is the way a doctor’s office should be run. Thank you for caring about your patients!
Amazing from making an appointment to the greeting upon arrival to my visit with Dr Silverman. Communication was exceptional, meds needed were ordered promptly and referral to another provider was followed up the next day. Thank you all🩷
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Lewis & the entire staff here. I've been a patient for over 18 years, gone through 3 births with them (amongst many other things) and am so thankful to have their care! I highly suggest you come to see this group of medical professionals.
I love the office staff , which is basically crucial to first impressions with anyone… ( but I’ve been going here for years.) I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Lewis… so incredibly happy I switched to her. LOVE HER. Very warm and caring. ♥️
