This is literally the worst organization I have ever dealt with. The administrator is extremely rude and condescending the sales person fills your head with dreams and hopes and as soon as your loved one takes a turn, they write them off and try to stick feeding tubes in their stomach. My dad was written off by them about five months ago and he is doing just fine without them now They are also holding an overpayment hostage and I’m literally having to beg for money that was never theirs. Beware they feed you a great story.
