Emily Lieberman is an amazing practitioner who uniquely leverages her occupational therapy expertise to help others. Her approach is very individually-centered. She is not pushy and focuses heavily on listening first to understand the goals of each person without rushing. I cannot speak highly enough about my interactions with Emily and how helpful she was. Danielle is also an amazing receptionist who is the gold standard for customer service, patience, and personableness. Don't hesitate to choose this team for your care!

Danielle at reception is one of the best, most incredible people I’ve worked with in the medical field. She makes the entire process of pelvic floor therapy comfortable and easy. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!! ☺️

I went to Probility for Pelvic Floor Therapy after having my second child. Emily: Emily was my therapist (she's an occupational therapist): I loved working with her! I appreciate her very creative approach to helping me regain strength and functionality in the ways that matter in my life. I appreciated the education component and learning about my body. Called in to make an appointment as a new patient. The woman who answered the phone shortly after annoucing my intention asked if she could call me back and took my number. Two days later. Not a word. Called another physical therapy facility and booked my appointment. Simply the kind of thoroughness and attention we have learned to expect from Trinity Health. After reading the reviews for this facility,, I guess I should .be grateful she never returned my call,

The staff is very friendly and I am sure they know just as much about rehabilitation as other physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. However my impression is that the place was very disorganized and understaffed for the number of patients. After two visits I have decided to go elsewhere. Why did I feel it was disorganized?
