The staff at Trinity Health Rehabilitation - Muskegon Campus are so AWESOME! I've been going there for years! There have been times when I needed rehab and my medical insurance had sent me somewhere else. I was mad. My insurance wanted to put me close by. I didn't wanted to go to a new facility close by my residence. I wanted to the Muskegon Campus 1400 Mercy Drive. My favorite place, where I am loved and care for. They make me feel like a beloved family member!
This is my 3rd acl repair and each time I do rehab here and have Jessica, she is very kind and vibrant. She is my therapist and counselor when I come in lol the whole staff is awesome .
I'm enjoying the PT sessions I have been taking, the place is clean, everything gets wiped down right after being used, and the staff is very nice to associate with. I also really enjoy seeing the turkeys outside when they're there 😅
I went for an evaluation, on July 6th. I was evaluated by "Natalie Howard" She had the worst bedside manner I've ever seen! Very rude, and condescending. I went there to get help with my back pain, not to be condescended to, and made fun of. I'm going to call my Doctor, and see if she can refer me to a different phisicall treatment center. In 2013 I fell off my tour bike (peddle + drop handles), broke my left arm and incurred a closed-head injury. After surgery on my left elbow and recovery, I received physical therapy on the Mercy Health campus, and finished up with a year of balance and strength training at Mercy Health Athletic Performance Center. The personal coaching and watchful support as I met the challenges of healing and endurance was professional, increasing my strength and confidence. I couldn't ask for more.
