When I went into urgent care (on Thursday), the nurse practitioner said “you’re going to have to tell them you’re limited.” Pretty much refusing to write me a note. They splinted it, didn’t reset it, and sent me on my way. They told me a doctor would call me and set up an appointment. Today I called back, asking for a doctors note. Was seen pretty quickly but too bad they were not competent 👍 Had a fever of 104 in the office so they swapped for Covid, Strep, and Flu. They kept having to re-swab because they did it wrong the first time. They told me I had tested negative for everything and sent me out of the office with the fever and no recommendation besides using over the counter flu medicine. This is what I came in the urgent care with. Photo was taken at this urgent care. It was poked 3-4 times and I was told I had an allergic reaction to a bug bite and to CONTINUE taking Claritin (it was actively in my system at that moment) and to try adding benedryl ointment. I do what they say and hours later it becomes very painful and the urgent care was closed by then so I go to the ER to be told it was a tick bite, also infected, and was sent home with antibiotics. I will not be going here again. First I was sent home while extremely sick with an upper respiratory infection with no antibiotics. I called the next day asking for them as I was feeling miserable and they told me I had to have it for 5 days before they would do that. Just called on my 5th day and was told I'd need to come in again or go to the ER. No wonder everyone hates Trinity. You let patients suffer instead of helping them. Anyone else feel that their care wasn't taken seriously and that your treatment was inhumane?

My son and I went here for his ear pain. First, they kept on misgendering my son, and then didn't know how to spell one of his common medications. When the doctor came in they didn't check his glands and said both ears looked the same so they weren't infected. They told me I should use an over-the-counter decongestant despite him having no congestion. A day later I had to take him to an urgent care again due to the pain and it turned out he had swimmers ear in both ears and an ear infection in the one that was hurting. Can n... read more
