What a joke. They can make me wait in the lobby room for 20 - 30 minutes after my appointment time, but I show up 7 minutes late and they cancel my appointment and wont see me. Seriously Gets even better. You respond to have me call you. You dont even tell me who I am calling or leave a phone number? that pretty much tells me right there I don't need to waste my time.
Great providers, even on a busy holiday everyone was kind and quick. One of the cleanest atmospheres I’ve seen for an urgent care. We had Chelsea as our NP and she was extremely professional & really nice. All of the medical assistants were really gentle and great with our toddler as well.
Pros: *I was seen quickly *The facility was clean and well kept *The receptionist and nurse were prompt, polite, and seemed to genuinely care about me and my care Cons: *Small parking lot *The doctor I worked with CLEARLY didn't read my allergy list. She wanted to put me on not one but two antibiotics that I already listed on my chart at allergies (and had been well established for years). A young lady named Rose just completed my blood draw. She was fantastic. She was calm and efficient. She had to complete paperwork to enroll me in Trinity’s system before she could do the blood draw. I would give her more than 5 stars . She made my day. Thank you Rose 💜
Long waits followed by extremely quick visit from the doctor. Then I have had issues with the prescription NOT being sent. So I have to wait and even drive back and ask what happened, did the doctor even do anything? Front desk and nurse assistant are friendly. Awful care from doctors, just way overworked likely. Spend two minutes with you after an hour wait.
