I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and wasn't sure if I would be able to be seen. From the moment I checked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The staff made me feel cared for every step of the way—from check-in, to being escorted back to the exam room, to my visit with PA Ryan. Snuck in right before 8pm with my sick baby. Was NOT treated poorly despite my less than better timed arrival. Was seen by a a very nice doctor promptly. My daughter was seen, tested, and diagnosed within 20 minutes by a Dr. Chapman. He was very pleasant, made me feel like a caring person not a number. Was very sweet with my daughter, was sure not to disturb her more need be as she wasn't feeling well, while maintaining standards of getting results we needed. Horrible!!!! Took my daughter in now for 3rd visit to different trinity centers for eye pain and they didnt even look at her eye and said ear infection and still haven't even been able to get her the right antibiotics sent to pharmacy also dont bother trying to make appointment with your Dr because they tell you go to urgent care repeatedly for two weeks rather then scheduling an appointment to be seen. Im not sure what world this is ok in

My daughter was there on Friday with a stye on her eye. Dr. Chapman instructed her to use a warm compress and try to "pop" it herself (thankfully she did NOT). Fast forward to Sunday, her eye was almost swollen shut and half of her face was swollen. Went to Corewell Urgent Care and received the proper care. The Corewell doctor could not believe she was told to attempt to pop the stye! She now has 4 scratches on her cornea, because the swelling was so bad her eye could not shut completely.
