When paying a 50$ fee I’m looking for a bit more of an evaluation especially when viral testing is asked for. Yes I know viruses are supportive care I am a provider myself 😁 but my child does go to daycare and I would like to know more specifically what virus (COVID, Flu, RSV) for the daycare and my patients sake! Chose trinity Due to the ability for RSV testing which our urgent care doesn’t have, however got no testing at all. It’s very simple and easily performed. Prefer corewell.
PA Madelyn Miles is an absolute treasure. We came in because our 3 year old had a high fever and we just couldn’t keep it down. She took every test possible and X-rays to try and find out what was going on. We were very appreciative of her rush to get answers. She found the problem and sent in what was needed. She is kind and knowledgeable about her work. 10/10 would recommend. Front desk was also friendly. The team here in North Muskegon definitely made us feel welcome and cared for.
My experience w the urgent care on Holton Rd was 2nd to none. Nathan S. & Adriana B. took very good care of me. Nathan did a suture job that was anything but average. Very difficult but he handled it expertly. The care & concern by both Nate & Adriana was fantastic. 2 very valuable people & a huge assett to Trinity Urgent Care!!
Took my daughter for ear pain on a Sunday.. he said no infection... the next day daughter still in pain and still running a fever..take her to our PCP.. double ear infection. Not happy with their service and lack of diagnosis for my 6 year old. I should get my money back foe his lack of care for his job and my daughter suffering. I hate Urgent Cares.
M Miles PA: She is great at her job. Knowledgeable and very well spoken. I learned a lot about my infection. She explained everything very clearly and to my understanding. Knows drugs and interactions. Best I seen in Muskegon!!
