We had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance and it was an incredibly long drawn out process. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and trust me it required lots of communication. Used Trinity for a re-roof about 3 years ago. They did excellent work. Recently noticed a problem with the fascia around the chimney. I anticipated a long drawn out issue to try and get it addressed. HOWEVER, when I contacted them they responded very quickly. Eric came and did the work within one week. No charge, no hassles, good communication. Eric Simmons is the best project manager ever, the roof we choose is perfect, the craftsmanship is great. I love everything about my roof and the experience. They handled all contact with insurance, kept us informed on timeline and anything big and small. Never had a question unanswered. I highly recommend Trinity Roofing and using Eric Simmons as your project manager.

Trinity Restoration's project manager Eric Simmons helped me have one of the easiest and worry free repair expirences. From start to finish there was clear communication and expectation setting. Contact was Hunter Miller, and the job was completed on the date specified in one day. Hunter was very patient, he listened to our questions and concerns, and took the time to answer all of our questions. he and his crew did a great job, and we are really pleased with the results. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The process with Camden Alexander was quick and easy. Cam met with the adjuster after helping me file a claim, and they were able to talk about the quality of the roof and the type of damage that was there. The adjuster ended up writing up the check right then and there. I was handed the check and handed it right to Cam, and we picked shingle colors. I paid my deductible, and about 3 weeks later, the roof was built. It took the roofers a day to build it. Cam was also able to get my gutters paid for by insurance. He said it w... read more

Camden at Trinity Restoration and Roofing is the BEST!! This young fellow came out to my property for a roof inspection and I told him point blank not interested. Been there done that we other roofing companies to no avail. Some balls he carry as he just needed a couple minutes of my time to get permission on getting on top of the roof for a roof inspection. Our Son recommended Trinity Restoration and Roofing to us after they replaced his roof. My wife and I met with Project Manager Kevin Barber, who went over the scope of the work, timeline and listened to our concerns. Site Manager Adam's work crew showed early and began work immediately. Roberto's crew worked diligently, were very professional and pleasant.
