We were referred to Trinity Roofing from another one of their satisfied customers. When we set up a consultation, the process was explained, and Trinity worked with our insurance company to set up a roof inspection. Andy Wildes, our project manager, ensured the removal dumpster was delivered, all materials arrived on time, and personally helped me locate a solar attic vent fan that we wanted to have installed at the same time the roof was being re-shingled! Andy arrived to see the roofing crew start and kept in contact to ensure all went smoothly. The site supervisor, Dawson Elfstrom, kept me informed during the day as to the progress, and ensured the cleanup afterwards was taken care of. Our experience with Trinity Roofing was positive, and we have since referred several neighbors to Andy as well.

Michael, Dawson, and the crew were great!! They put tarps around the front and back yard to catch any debris. When they finished, they made sure to clean up all of the debris. They also moved back anything that they had to move. We are very happy with our new roof and couldn't have asked for a better crew.

They came and took the roof down and replaced it in one day. The best part is Kim Maldonado (comptroller) which made the transition smooth with all the rain and rescheduling she had to do to make easy for me and the family. She deserves a promotion or a impeccable pay raise for the customer service she provided.

First, I want to say after having more than a half dozen Roofing companies giving presentations on sales at my front door. I choose Trinity for the job to replace my damaged roof. There are so many reasons that I made this choice with Trinity. Everything from the professional hospitality to the quality of work. My first contact was with Andy Wiles and right away I knew he was exceptionally the right person for the job! Being a retired Law Enforcement Officer locally for over thirty plus years, I could tell Trinity was also a very professional company. I had experienced some issues along the process, but Andy always came up with a solution to resolve the situation. Once all the preliminary steps of the process we’re completed the roofing work was started. I am more than satisfied with the completion construction of my new roof! The roofing contractors that installed the product worked diligently first day showing up at 6:00am and non stop thru out the course of that day. The finish product of my new roof was a tremendous change from the damaged roof. Looks exceptional great and will last for many years! I am very thankful that I made the right choice with Trinity!

Excellent!! Trae and Charles were super to deal with!! Quick, accurate and they did a fabulous job cleaning up!!! I went out to ck on things and it’s immaculate!! I love my new roof and would highly recommend them
