This tour company is horrible. I'm currently on a Shanghai tour and the tour guides demanded we pay an additional $50 USD, per person, even though our trip is fully paid for (including compulsory programs.) When we refused, our tour guide said if we don't pay they won't start the bus. This tour has a lot of hidden fees and they refused to look our trip voucher when we tried to prove it to them.
