My husband and I went back to purchase a used Nissan Kicks S for our daughter... again with the best service!!! Nissan Trophy never disappoints!!! we got helped by Jose at the used car lot sales... super friendly.. made my daughter feel comfortable in test driving the car... and was super helpful in figuring out the best payment options for her. Customer service needs improvement. Dropped my car in for service at 7:00 a.m. for a 3 hr. job. I was told that once my car was ready that I would receive a phone call. That never happened. Going into the 4th hr., I decided to call and was told that my service advisor was busy and couldn’t be found, but my car was ready. Antaeus Coleman has been maintaining my car maintenance since bought my car 3 years ago. He was recommended by a friend of mine who has taken her car to him. Honest, keeps me informed how long it will take at Nissan office, polite and takes care of his clients. Can't find that everywhere especially car maintenance. Thank you
My service Advisor Antaeus was amazing! No hidden fees, he explained everything cut and dry. He did everything he promised and in a timely manner. And was extremely accommodating to my work Schedule . I would definitely come back to Trophy Nissan solely because of him. Ty !!!!
