Today Emilio was my service attendant. He promptly got my car in for an oil change. Fastest oil change ever. Pansy also made sure I was given the BEST customer service on my visit. Pansy runs a tight ship. She ROCKS!! So , it shows in her team.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🏆🔥💣
Marvin was incredibly helpful! He got my oil change done quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and kept me informed the entire time. I really appreciated how fast everything was handled. Marvin definitely made this one of the best service experiences I’ve had—highly recommend him!
12/7/25 We are very impressed with how accommodating the team always is. Matt was amazing! The time it took for the service and the price were very reasonable. Excellent service as always. That is why we always come from Houston to Dallas because we don't trust anyone else to do a great job. Trophy is the best! Keep up the good work!

Barely a 1 star. Fell for the bait n switch. Advertised ar Nissan Sentra 2022 for $16K. Approved, all sweet and Approvd.. 15 minutes before I was scheduled for a test drive but :( someone beat me to it. Fast forward to the car I bought. 24K miles,2023 Sentra. 20K maintenance not done. 1 tire under 5. Meaning change immediately. Headight out, told it wasn't plugged in to to Whatever. THIS WAS A CERTIFIED VERHICLE FROM NISSAN! Now at 30k, not adjusting 30K maintenance package price and want to add recommended 30K transmission... read more
