On Aug. 8th I was having issues with my car battery and needed it addressed quickly. I went to Trophy Nissian and requested Pansy (who said to come to her for future service request). She referred me to a Hispanic guy seated next to her. I can't recall his name... I've had some pretty horrible past experiences but today I was very pleased with my service today....

Lionell is amazing- thank you for helping me get into my Nissan rogue for my kids! I hope this company pays him very well for his hard work and going above and beyond for clients- he's a great asset to this dealership; everybody i came into contact with also was extremely welcoming and good sports with my rowdy 3 year old son. He made sure the batteries were replaced in the key giving a low battery signal, car was detailed clean, with newly tinted windows. By far the best experience i have ever had buying a car. Jailen was awesome. Talked with me like we were friends didn't make me feel pressured and didn't try to force the issue. He asked what I was looking for how much I wanted to pay and was realistic and honest the whole time. I've had some bad experiences with car salesman in the past but he was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Very happy with my new to me truck and would recommend anyone looking for a car to talk to Jailen at trophy nissan before going anywhere else.

Just got a car from there i loved the service from Andrew drewski Martinez he was honest and didn't keep anything. As well as trophy nissan giving me the best options and telling me what is best. Telling us which was better depending on the situation and what to expect leaving me going home with a great car feeling great about my choice. :)

I traded my old car and bought a new Kicks SR from Trophy Nissan. Bret Palmer was a great sales representative, and he really made the deal happen. I wanted to buy online, have my trade picked up, and have the new car delivered. This process was all smooth thanks to Bret. They offered me a fair price for the trade and a good price for the new car. The service department is always so busy that unlike other Nissan service dealers, this one is more like a drive-thru service. The service rep tried their best to keep the customers happy. I brought in my EV (electric vehicle) for service because it didn't start with a programmed preventive immobilized shut down after it detected an electrical system fault (to prevent further damage to other battery cells).
