I’ve been here to deal with a car that I purchased at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite multiple times. Pansy Freeman was fantastic and probably the only reason we will be coming back. I can’t say the same about the rest of the team. Michael Conley in particular was extremely rude to me and seems like he has a problem with women In general telling him anything. Matthew did a wonderful job educating me about the recall prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival he provided me the time frame of the service needed for the recall. At the time line he provided he came with an update and informed me it would take longer. Superior communication!
Emilio was excellent! Very kind and efficient. My only issue was when my car was completed my door panel was not put back on properly and I had to come back to get that fixed pretty disappointed about that, but fortunately Emilio did take care of it swiftly. Other than that great experience.
