Last week - first cold snap of the season, my car wouldn’t start. Because I have used Trophy Nissan for both service and purchases, I called and had my car towed from Addison to Mesquite. I trusted them to take care of me. Michael in service called me early the next day to discuss what was wrong. Long story short, it was the battery. And it was under warranty. Not only did they replace the battery, they also paid the tow bill. I love this dealership. They have always treated me right!!
