Will have to add a second poor review seems my first was deleted Towed my car in for some warranty work alternator belt broke and broke damage the under carriage Poor workmanship and scratches up and down my hood Seems like fraud to charge me for work not performed Zip tied my under carriage on and refused to take ownership for the scratches on my hood… The nerve to charge more than the national hourly rate for subpar work 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. Deserve negative stars😤😤😤
Using Trophy Nissan service center was super easy and they did an amazing job. I want to thank Cesar Chamorro for helping in anything I needed and also answering any questions or concerns that I had when my truck was being taken in for a repair. Overall a worry free experience I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for help whenever it’s needed. Would definitely recommend.
