We have a 2006 Nissan Titan that surprisingly didn’t pass inspection. Matthew in the service department was very helpful, courteous, and patient with us during a tough time. He explained what was needed and why. He had great communication skills and kept us informed. We will definitely be back for the rest of the work to be done. Will have to add a second poor review seems my first was deleted Towed my car in for some warranty work alternator belt broke and broke damage the under carriage Poor workmanship and scratches up and down my hood Seems like fraud to charge me for work not performed Zip tied my under carriage on and refused to take ownership for the scratches on my hood… The nerve to charge more than the national hourly rate for subpar work 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. Deserve negative stars😤😤😤
