Troy was fantastic. From start to finish he talked us through every bit of the process and if we didn’t understand something, was happy to discuss and break it down further until we did. He was very communicative and responsive (and just an all around kind and helpful person). He REALLY knows his stuff! We absolutely did not have any doubts that we were in the best hands.
