I am one of the old guys, being an audiophile for over 50 years, and have cycled through quite a few audio stores in that time. Some enjoyed being rude, like some shops in NYC in the 80s. True Audiophile is at the other end of the spectrum, consistently operating with professionalism, communicative customer service, and speed. While COVID has prevented me from doing an on site demo, I am certain it is done the same way.
