I bought an aux cord there yesterday. I wasn't asked if I wanted a receipt nor did I ask for one. As soon as I got outside and plugged it in, it didn't work. I couldn't go back in as I told the attendant I was working. I returned this morning and asked for a refund from THE SAME guy from yesterday. He said no to a refund and said the cord was faded.
