I am giving 5 starts now because we have driven out of our way many times weekly for experience of friendliness, sense of community and efficiency we receive during every visit to Tru North Cuyahoga Falls, OH for years. Often, pumps aren't working, correctly or at all. Honestly, the best I can say about the staff there is that they are mildly disinterested. The worst I can say is that a couple of them, one woman in particular, can be rude, snotty and downright surely.

Great place to stop for gas and maybe a drink or whatever else gas stations have. Was pretty clean and the people were pretty nice.

I rarely go elsewhere for gas..it's convenient for me but also its always clean and the staff is excellent
