Since this store changed hands it has remained clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient if heading out of town. The reason for the low score is that my primary reason for stopping here is bait and it seems to be neglected recently. During my last stop I would estimate 75% of the minnows were dead and I spent most of my time in the store cleaning the tanks to get a couple dozen moving ones. Had a very pleasant interaction here. Glad they were open late, clerk was very friendly.
I will never set foot in a trunorth store again based on a short interaction with a rude manager at the Rhinelander store. I was looking for some contact info for the owners group. Super unprofessional.
