Half the pumps don’t work with Chase debit card. It’s been that way for a while and apparently asking the employees is inconveniencing them. I was told with attitude it’ll probably still be that way. I love Shell gas, but I won’t be coming back here.

This was my go-to gas station and across the street from my house but I will certainly not be returning there again. Went in to purchase drinks and wraps from this Truenorth at around 7pm on 6/30. All I did was ask the price difference between two items and the employee "Chad" got noticeably annoyed rolling his eyes and said that he could not do that for me. Just came in to buy a candy bar for a midnight snack. Supposed to cost $1.59... Ended up paying $6.59. Went back in to get my receipt.. and sure enough the guy added on the $5.00 food bank charge. Not that I wouldn’t have purchased it in the first place but he didn’t ask me and it would have put my account in the negatives because I don’t keep my money in my spending account. One of the coworkers whose name is Karen was very rude to a fellow customer who was struggling communicating in English. Yap, I speak up when see something not right. Never be back again .

It is a nice gas station in the area. The gas is decent and they have lots of snacks and food. They also have beer, wine and other malt liquor drinks.
