Awesome service!
Called TruTech Wildlife because I was hearing noises in the walls. Drew came out and did the inspection. Found three entry points for rodents. Two on the roof and one ground level. The service team came out a couple days later and got the rats out and sealed everything up. Haven’t heard a thing since then:)
Ian did a fantastic job sealing my house for bat remediation. He was incredibly personable and very respectful of my property, taking extra care around the cars on the lot. Even though I wasn't home during the work, he was highly responsive and provided consistent picture updates throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Drew was very professional, honest, and upfront during my inspection. He came out a second time to help make sure I fully understood what was going on, walked me through the possible entry points and findings, and took time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his patience, transparency about costs, and willingness to educate me during a stressful situation. Thank you again for your help!
If you have wildlife issues at your property, use Trutech. Everyone from the lady that took my call and set up the apointment to the Rep, and the technician, outstanding. Drake was on time, explained everything. Jessica the tech, was on time, very professional, and did an outstanding job, with my snake issue.
