About this business
They charge an immense amount! They promise to repair all roof damages caused by varmints and leave only a one way out hole. This was all a scam and was never done. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Also my neighbor and I are starting A class action suit against Tru Tech/ posing as Critter Control never beginning roof repairs! We’ve reviewed your project details and, based on our records, all services were completed as agreed upon, including the exclusion work and follow-up visits in February and March. Roof repair was never included in the scope of work, and no issues were raised during or after our visits regarding this. If there’s additional information you’d like us to review, we’re more than willing to take a look and discuss a resolution.
