Overall, I am not overly excited or disappointed with the service. The salesman was very thorough in the inspection and description of what would be done. Honestly, this is what sold me on their service/product. They were definitely more expensive than the other services that came out, but seemed to know what they were talking about and would provide a superior service. OMG! Trutech is a true company who cares and is focused on helping those when in need. From the first lady I spoke to on the phone. She had a heartfelt love to help me with the problem. I can’t remember her name :(. Zane also showed a great concern for wanting to help me with the SKUNK problem. They could smell my home from 6 feet away. Loved that all questions I asked were answered. Because I was all new to me hiring TruTech Zane was great at explaining all that was going to take place. Truetech was awesome because they came out within a day of calling. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. I definitely recommend them.
Our Technician, Zachary, is very conscientious and respectful. He is trying to trap a pesky raccoon for us. I lobbed that he texts me when he is coming out, on his way, and gives me a summary of what he did when he leaves. Here is the raccoon trap.
