So far, FANTASTIC experience all around. Zane - one of the most knowledgeable, super friendly, and professional guys you'll ever meet - came out to take a look at our 7 acre property and create a plan. We had rattlesnakes 😳. They wrote a very reasonable proposal, showed up quickly, set traps, sprayed, offered guidance on safety practices, sprayed the structures for routine pest control and monitored everything for a bit to make sure we weren't seeing new activity. Found a snake in my yard had no idea what kind. Zane came out and it was a copperhead, he removed it for me. TJ my tech came out after him to set traps out promptly after. Ricardo came out today 5/30 to remove what I thought was a snake. Trutech has an amazing team!
I am very pleased with all the services provided to rid my attic of a family of raccoons. Zane Beckman was a particularly outstanding technician. All the technicians were prompt, professional, courteous as well as respectful of my property. I definitely would recommend TruTech for my friends and acquaintances. Everyone did an outstanding job.
We had a Racoon in the attic; Zane and Ricardo from Trutech came out quickly to inspect and they got the racoon out quickly. They also sealed up potential entry points to keep them from coming back. Ricardo and Zane were easy to work with, friendly, communicative through out the process, and the over experience was excellent.
