Hello, my name is Regina and I have been living back in the Tulare Apartments for the last 4 years now and i will like to say that the managers in the office now are great. I have no complaints because when I put in a request to have something fixed it gets done. They are friendly and are easy to communicate with also. Honestly one of the most disrespectful groups of managment Lina, and Courtney are rude and inexperienced with helping people who need it. I have an autistic child and was nothing but harrased by other tenents for noice and other complaints just for managnent to send lease violations for an autistic child. On top of that they treat white people different then colored people here just a sad excuse for government assisted housing. They should be fired and the whole place shoild have better managnent who actually cares.

I’ve Ben at the Tulare apartments for many years , I’ve seen a lot of managers come and go , I’m really happy with are management these lady’s are dedicated to our apartments and helping us tenants, The yard, laundry room are very clean when you put in a work order they jump on it , These 2 lady’s go above and beyond helping you I just want to say thank you to them on all the hard work they do , our apartments look Amazing 🤩

I write this for my cousin who lives in Tulare Apartments. She likes the apartments but is having problems in arranging repairs and maintenance. She has had a leaking pipe in the bathroom sink and collects the dripping water in a cup. COVID makes it difficult to talk to the management staff so she has left voice mail on 2 occasions and wrote a letter and put it in the slot box in the door but still no response. We'll keep on trying.
