Tulare Apartments has really come a long way this past year. The property looks so much better, and the new playground with shade for the kids is such a nice addition. The new outdoor lighting also makes a big difference it feels safer now, and I’m comfortable going on evening walks. The managers and maintenance team are kind and welcoming. I’m really glad to see things improving for our community here at Tulare Apartments.
The lady’s in the office has truly been an incredible asset to our community! Their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring residents feel at home are unmatched. Hello, my name is Regina and I have been living back in the Tulare Apartments for the last 4 years now and i will like to say that the managers in the office now are great. I have no complaints because when I put in a request to have something fixed it gets done. They are friendly and are easy to communicate with also. Honestly one of the most disrespectful groups of managment Lina, and Courtney are rude and inexperienced with helping people who need it. I have an autistic child and was nothing but harrased by other tenents for noice and other complaints just for managnent to send lease violations for an autistic child. On top of that they treat white people different then colored people here just a sad excuse for government assisted housing. They should be fired and the whole place shoild have better managnent who actually cares.
There is not a way to fix being harassed by your managers unless you change who works for you, and that they don't discriminate nor lie or put other peoples applications above others that have been waiting because they aren't of a certain race. You have to fix the people that work there that will come into your apartment without a reason or a 24-hour notice while you aren't home. They will hold your rent and give you a 3 day notice if you show any kinds of concern or make a complaint about anyone. I asked for help in resol... read more
