The house is nice and clean food is great. Treatment not sure because I was lie several times. I was told by medical staff I needed more time and I even when getting one on one I explain to my theraphies I needed help. Brandi at Turning Point Centers – Team Mountain View is truly one of a kind. As a Program Manager, she showed constant kindness, compassion, and deep respect for every single client—including me. The Mountain View house in Turning Point is an excellent facility with staff who truly care about each client. The facility is clean and comfortable. They are a small facility with a maximum client load of 8 people, so you really get individualized care and attention while dealing with your mental health concerns. They also have case management services to assist with things like aftercare, housing, employment, and other resources. I never write reviews because I don't know who even reads them still. But this location specifically was a much needed reality check. If I didn't go here, my life would have gone down a really fatal spiral. I felt supported by enough staff who knew what they were doing and constantly trying to improve. My time at Turning Point was invaluable. I'm not being dramatic when I say it saved my life. I honestly hope that the people that helped me see this review. Shout out to Rachel, Heather, Mike, Alex, Maggie, and everyone else. Thank you for everything. They showed me that I'm not the things that happened to me, I'm not my mental illness.
