From our very first interaction with Turtle Cove, my family had a wonderful experience. Scheduling our appointments was easy, the staff who answered the phone were friendly and helpful, and they clearly explained the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. I had a wonderful experience returning to Turtle Cove after a couple years of being away. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Emily and Dr Sheriff made me feel very comfortable and confident in the follow up work I have scheduled. Glad to be back to Turtle Cove.
Everyone was so nice. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they were very gentle. They discussed the next steps for my teeth and explained it all clear.. Extremely clean place. Would definitely recommend them!!
Very nice people! Plus they have Turtles in a aquarium, cool huh.. I went their to get informed or educated about types of fixed dentures. I did find out I didn't need them, so get different opinions as people that get all their teeth pulled out sometimes regret that decision. So shop around. Plus they take care of every day procedures.
I unfortunately broke a crown. My neighborhood office was closed. I called the emergency phone number. DDS Samy Boulos answered the phone. I explained my bad situation. He was working at his other office a half hour away. He went the extra mile for me. He got me in at noon. He cleaned up my mess. And an hour later I walked out of the door with a temporary crown.
