I and my family have been going to Turtle Creek since I was a kid and they are always fantastic. They're flexible and accommodating to requests or questions and always take them seriously. Dr Bako is great at identifying what needs to be done to take best care of your teeth while also never pushing too hard for additional (maybe less necessary) treatments like some other dentists do. I have been a patient of Turtle Creek Dental ever since I can remember and it’s always a pleasant experience. I’ve had many types of dental work here, never ever any issues and I always leave feeling like I just received a 5-star cleaning! Never rushed and frankly, never waiting either! They are always ready for me at my appointment time. The staff are so friendly and professional. My whole family travels far to stick with Dr Bako. We were with Dr Williams from childhood before Dr Bako took over and Dr Williams chose the perfect replacement for himself. We have all moved away over the years, part of us to Streetsville, and myself to north Burlington, for a good 45 minute drive, in good traffic. Best hygienist and dentist within 20 miles. Always courteous. And I love the receptionist. I’ve known her a long time and she’s a wonderful girl.
