I'm writing this review with a deep sense of concern and a warning for fellow residents of the Twelve Oaks community in Cincinnati, OH. My recent experience with a water leak issue in my 2 1/2-year-old condo has left me greatly troubled, especially considering what I've learned from conversations with my neighbors. The issue stemmed from a drain line in the ceiling, which has been leaking slowly for an undetermined period, only becoming apparent recently. I noticed lot of issues post occupying and not happy with the quality of material been used and installed, even plumbing work too so working with Fischer Homes Manager on the same to see if they can fix it. I am feeling regret buying Hudson model in Twelve Oaks as there is no provision to install whole house salt based water softener also we hear outside construction, Air Conditioner sounds etc…as insulation is not good so people should think twice before taking any decision as I don’t want others to suffer with the same
Anxiously awaiting for our new condo to be finished. We have enjoyed working with Stephanie Burris, Sales Counselor.
Sales person was friendly and informative. The units are overpriced with low budget interiors. Cheaply made with a high price.
Nice quiet community, I gave been here for a few months and honestly have no complaints.
