Mary Hutchinson and her team were exceptional during this trying experience. Frustration levels peaked on my end, but they didn't stop pushing forward to ensure that my family was able to close on our beautiful home. I personally want to say, "thank you so much for your efforts."
Hard to reach, never respond to questions on time. There were a lot of surprises every day on closing cost estimates. Finally on my closing date there were $100 per month more payments added because she did not communicate me on time to submit a document. I had to wait until next day to close to make sure the extra monthly payment is adjusted. She waited until the last week of my closing and told me the rate she gave me changed.
