Before the installation work stared, the installer went on to my roof to try finding the best spot to get the highest throughput for my location. He went up and down many times, tried 3 locations, and was able to find a spot to deliver the 500 Mbps throughput for us. It's great that he tested first before the installation. This was by far the best installation ever for an Internet service. I’m really excited to be getting rid of Xfinity for the first time in a long time. As they continue to increase prices, but their performance degrades I’m really happy to hear that we have an option with Sail Internet. I did a comparison and the day of the insulation and it is almost one gigabyte per second I can’t believe this. The service installer was exceptional as well. So far, so good! Installer (I think his name was Armando, sorry I'm bad at remembering names) was awesome, he was very patient and explained every step of the process (and answering all my questions) while also taking into consideration on how I wanted things done. Speeds have been fine for me and the prices are way better than comcast (no extra charges for unlimited data and you don't have to play the bs contract renewal game every year to get a lower price). Excellent service, on time, the tech is really nice and courteous. Install completed in 2 hours. Internet is fast, included with modem and routers cover the entire house.
Jeff installed the antenna. He was very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. So far, the connection is faster than Xfinity in my neighborhood at a cheaper price. Service is very responsive as well.
