Absolutely amazing! I called essentially last minute hoping they had white daisies. They didn't have any of any kind. But Danielle spent all evening looking. And she found them. And made me a wonderful bouquet of flowers. And well after hours made sure I had them for my date in the morning. She definitely went well above and beyond. I wouldn't expect it every single time. I didn't expect it this time because that kind of service is unheard of. If I ever need flowers again, I'm coming back to twisted twigs!
I made this order remotely as I live out of town. I like to use local florists rather than FTD services. Danielle, the owner, could not have been nicer and she really helped me to fine tune my floral arrangement. She understood my "vision"…and, went out of her way to make sure flowers I wanted in the arrangement were available and beyond beautiful/fresh. The final arrangement was absolutely stunning!! Ordered online and put a typo in my note. Danielle quickly responded and got it fixed for me. When it came time for delivery she was texting me to ensure she was delivering to the right place. Additionally, she didn’t have the red roses I ordered online and offered to wait a day until she had more or sub out different colored roses. Ordered a thank you floral arrangement at 8:30am and it was just delivered, exactly the way I wanted. The recipient already called to thank me for the amazingly beautiful and sweet smelling arrangement, and the delivery driver sent me a confirmation of the delivery as well as a picture of the flowers. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received at Twisted Twigs Florals.
