Ordered online and put a typo in my note. Danielle quickly responded and got it fixed for me. When it came time for delivery she was texting me to ensure she was delivering to the right place. Additionally, she didn’t have the red roses I ordered online and offered to wait a day until she had more or sub out different colored roses. Ordered a thank you floral arrangement at 8:30am and it was just delivered, exactly the way I wanted. The recipient already called to thank me for the amazingly beautiful and sweet smelling arrangement, and the delivery driver sent me a confirmation of the delivery as well as a picture of the flowers. From the second ms Danielle answered the phone i knew i was in great hands. My best friend lives in PA and i called to have some flowers delivered for her college graduation. Ms Danielle was patient on the phone the whole time as i really had no clue what i wanted. She asked me what colors i wanted and let me know some ideas she had.
